## MV tickets and fixed templates

MV tickets are separate from universal credits: one ticket per successful creation, returned on failure, valid 365 days from payment. No renewal. Choose tickets or the displayed credits with no automatic fallback. Credits are a conservative quote for source duration plus up to 30s output at 480p, with a 400-credit retail minimum. No source is shortened to meet a quote.

The credit-grant handler grants the configured yearly credit total for the paid annual invoice; the monthly equivalent is a price comparison, not monthly billing or a promise of monthly installment grants. Credit-pack purchases are one-time grants. Expiration is measured from the grant. Max quantity choices, when selected at checkout, scale the charge and grant; table rows use quantity one.

## Separate workflow charges

- Seedream 5 Pro layer decomposition auto: reserve 72 credits for up to 16 layers; settle actual layers and return excess reserved credits.

- Seedream 5 Pro layer decomposition 1K: reserve 72 credits for up to 16 layers; settle actual layers and return excess reserved credits.

- Seedream 5 Pro layer decomposition 1.5K: reserve 72 credits for up to 16 layers; settle actual layers and return excess reserved credits.

- Seedream 5 Pro layer decomposition 2K: reserve 144 credits for up to 16 layers; settle actual layers and return excess reserved credits.

- Opus motion graphics: quote each creation/edit as a whole operation, not per second. The current maximum reservation is 92 credits; actual quote depends on the brief, approved assets and base scene. Successful work settles from the provider receipt up to the reservation and releases excess; MP4 rendering is a separate browser export step.

- Humanize: a natural-tone sample with source text "Please rewrite this paragraph naturally." reserves 3 credits using the same text quote builder. The actual operation quote depends on text length.

- Prompt Seen: reserve 2 credits for the normalized reference-image-to-prompt request; final receipt settlement may release excess.

- Face Swap Video Restyle uses the owner-approved conservative input budget, not the provider invoice or a verified cost ceiling. Selected style, optional character images, resolution and source duration must be valid. Success captures the displayed quote; there is no automatic provider-invoice-difference refund.

- Browser image tools: no AI credit charge for local processing. Tools: Compress Image, Resize Image, Convert Image, Rotate Image, Crop Image, Watermark Image, Background Remover, Transparent Background, White Background, Change Background Color.

## Reservation, settlement and refunds

Legacy /ai playground cards use a one-credit UI access threshold, not the main studio quote/reserve/settlement engine. Their displayed threshold is not an authoritative per-call ledger charge; use the main studio for persisted, quoted generation. This document does not invent a fixed billed rate for those demos.

AI credits are reserved before provider submission. Confirmed success settles the job once; confirmed failures and confirmed terminal cancellations return reserved credits according to that workflow. Ambiguous provider acceptance remains reserved for reconciliation; do not promise that a cancellation click alone has refunded it. Returned credits are not cash refunds. Purchased-credit validity still applies. Payment refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy, not the generation-failure credit return.
